so I saw that thing in the paper today about "professor splash" who can dive from 35 feet into 1 foot of water, saw it on you tube and saw that the 1 foot of water sits on the top of a crash mat... decided that this makes it mad gay...

I mean what's the point of it if it's not just the water breaking his fall... I'll jump from 40 feet into 6 inches of water if it's on top of a tonne of feathers or summat (please don't call my bluff on that...)

This, on the other hand is some crazy fucking shit!

    Basically yeah...

Jumping from the highest height into the shallowest water... But into a soft bottomed paddling pool on top of a crash pad...

what!?? so.... basicly.... a huge belly flop through water.... which will pretty much do nothing.... onto a layer of sponge.....

what the fuk was this guy thinking when he found out he could do this...???... what sort of train of thought could you go through to come to this idea???....

i rekon it was a failed suicide atempt..... someone saw.... "mate... ill give you a tenner if you do that again"

It's the crash pad I object to, I was like "wow cool, that's an amazing talent", but then when I realised that it's not just the water breaking his fall...

I mean people to high drops all the time onto crash pads...

It's like watching someone do tightrope walking with a safety net, obviously it takes some skill, but the stakes are way way lower than they would appear at first don't cha think?
