ye soundin better than my early attempts, jus keep on doing it - whole thing is jus a massive learnin process imo. read up on tutorials watch production vids etc or jus mess about and learn by making mistakes, trial an error...i think jubei said don't get too attacthed to your own music cos its not that important and i think this is good advice. jus keep on bashing out tunes and in each one u will probably learn something n hopefully they will jus get better and better (y)

yeah man.. nice beats. they seem to be rolling quite well

the bass is good. needs some tweeking... maybe instead of changing the note progression just put it through a dirty filter for a few bars.

also... on the drop... when the beats sorta spare themselves a bit and got into a bit of a minimal 2step kinda beat.. wack em back in full sooner.

    good attempt :applause:

Thanks man appreciate the feedback, Filter you mean like put on a HP & LP filter?

Yeah I see what you mean I do drag the 2step drum pattern for a while

I'll give it a switch up.

haha... not that i dont like it! it just drags a bit too much...

na like... a distortion or something that changes its sound. so its still doing the same wobbly bassline just with a slightly diferent timbre to it. know what i mean?

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V4IXHZYkilY

not a very good example... but i couldnt think of another one...

jaydan changes the sound of the bassline. still the same 'dun dun-- dun dun dunun' but its a different sound doin it. yeah? or am i talking shit? i wouldnt know.. waiting for last nights rum to wear off aha

Haha I think I get what you mean, that bit when the wobble goes high pitched then switches back?

Definately got good beats there, think the padwork could've been a little quieter, nice bass sound, but needs some movement, some flow, maybe automate a cutoff filter so it kinda warps more. I dunno.

You got some good potential though considering you only been at it a couple months. Some of my early shit was exactly that.....shit! Hell......some of my stuff now is still shit!

Took your feedback on board put some filters over the wobble sounds good imo, made the wobble less varied aswell.
