what program do you use?

You can usually just save as: then pick a streamable version(rm,wav, or that microsoft one can't remember the name right now)

or export audio as: then pick what you want

If worst comes to worst, do this! Go to sonicfoundy's website!
ACIDPLANET.com and download their free version of ACID

after you install the program load up your track and then eport audio! You can even store tracks on there and people will rate them...its pretty cool!

they both seem to only export or save to only midi .wav or .mp3
