    my new mixer is working fine but how can i get bpm counters too work,,, there is ust 2 red -- there?

    any1 know?

    dont use them! use your ears as a measure of whether they are in beat on not, it will take a bit of practice but its definitely worth it

    Yeah, BPM counters are pointless, and they often have problems working with DnB music as they don't understand breakbeats...

    Just ignore them completely, no serious DJ ever uses a BPM counter anyway...

    Don't use BPM counters, they are shit. I thought I'd use them to teach myself how to mix first and then learn how to beatmatch properly later. Sometimes they will be ok, sometimes they will give you half the number of beats (87 instead of 174), other times they BPM will change mid-track because it can't cope with a breakdown. Seriously, they will cause more problems than they solve.
