Help with my rig

Basically i am part of a live DnB band. We are a four piece:

Keyboard Synthesizer (me)
Drums
Bass
DJ/Mixes/Samples/Vocals (Laptop and decks pretty much)

Currently my set up is just a Microkorg and a Kaossilator. Looking for a nice pad for which i can pre-record fx or other samples into or maybe investing in kp3. I want something i can do loops with for live performance or a pad. Any reccomendations on anything else that would add edge to my set up.

If that's what you're after check into an SP 404 or even an MPC. You can get an MPC 2000XL for $500 or less on ebay these days. Either on will allow you to have a number of samples, fx hits, or loops ready to roll. The effects on the 404 are pretty decent and easy to use too.
