im struggling making a varied and heavy drum pattern. im layering my hitts and using vsts on them and they are sounding beefy enough,
so then i am creating a drum pattern on my step sequencer using , kicks , snares, and hi-hats. which sounds ok but still not complete. so then i add a pre-made breakbeat that ive downloaded to put with it and then it all goe wrong and jumbles up and outtimes itself and sounds like a bad mix. do i need to use brekbeats, i think i do as my drum pattern im making doesnt quite cut the mustard. so i stick a break for it to run with and it doesnt time right, so i move my kicks and snares about on my sequencer and then it goes even worse. could someone please send me an FLP so i can see how a nice heavy dnb drum pattern is arranged.
