DnB Help with drumloop

Never thought I would have to come to a forum for advice on drums, but can someone please explain how this specific drumloop is constructed? I understand it’s a kick hi hat and a snare but there’s also a break? What break is it?

Ugh that track is garbage. I do like the break and am a seasoned train spotter but have no clue what break is layered. There's a shit ton going on but the audio isn't very clean so it's hard to tell
