Help with bouncing tracks from logic

How do I maintain the quality of a logic project especially in terms of the low end when exporting it, at the moment it seems to compress the bass too much- clipping it, so I've had to lower the bass eq before exporting it which is lame, cheers

Maybe disable 'Normalize' in the bounce options - I may be wrong but I prefer my mixdowns when they are bounced without this

Are you bouncing using an MP3 encoder? Try bouncing to 24bit PCM 48kHz, should retain some low end detail. Also are you using any form of mastering compressor?
