Help with Behringer BCD3000

just bought one of these to compliment my decks but I'm having an issue with the headphones. Theyre working fine apart from the fact that I cant single out one line-in. all i can hear is the same as what my line-out is. anyone know about this and how to sort it out?

unsure.. its brand new so Im hoping theres nothing wrong with it.

No, as in have you tried the Phone Mix knob? That should change what you hear. Also check you've connected the controller up properly to your computer, you might have to make multiple connections.

wouldn't it need a soundcard to be able to monitor a single channel? i think that might be the problem...
