Help: streaming video???

    i use real player with firefox and theres a little box that comes up every time theres a video or mp3 playing asking me if i want to save the video

    is that what you wanna do?? or you want to save something streaming live????

    well i normally use this cool add on to firefox called 'download them all'....which normally does the trick...it allows u 2 download everything on a page (embeded included) its fukin wikid to be honest...

    but it doesnt capture video within flash (macromedia) i want like something that does a direct screen capture...im cool for audio...but if it did both all the better.

    Basically i want something allong the lines of total recorder....but has the addition of video. (screen capture)



    im trying to work my way round iplayer :lol:
