help!! poor sound quality!!

can any1 help me rescue my mix??its an old tape recording that has been sitting in a draw for over 15 years, the sound quality is poor, if any1 knows how to sort it i wud be very grateful.

Steinburg Clean..... the best audio restoration software on the market.... but... it doesnt work wonders... give it a go thought mate...
