Help! Making a switch with Cubase

Yo,

Need a little help, im upgrading my laptop soon, new harddrive with windows 7 on gettin rida shity vista!
my plans to start fresh, put all my samples and vsts on my ext hardrive but i wanna keep a couple of tune that im working on.


Main question is, Is there anyway i can save a project so that i can "transport" it a such from one HD to another?
