Help making a specific sound

I'm just about finished a remix of a Danny Byrd tune... I feel like this one sound or something like it would help make the track even more epic.

Its at 6:24, I cant really describe the sound but I hope you know which one I mean... it sounds like its got an lfo on it making it pulse/wobble.

Anyone have any clue as to how to make this sort of sound?

saw waves. one a perfect fifths above the other and then cutoff synced to thirds.
