Which was not only unhelpful, but also kind of a stupid thing to say seeing as google would obviously have been the first place I tried.

Anyway I'm not trying to offend anyone, just wanted to ask a question without getting insulted.

ha, I'm not the one with the attitude mate - after spending about an hour searching google using various different terms I gave up and decided to post on a drum & bass forum where I thought there would be people with some knowledge on the subject.

And 'noob'? c'mon. If by 'noob' you mean someone who doesn't spend all his time on internet forums then ya, I'm a noob .

Anyways thanks to Wellsy and Tanc, I probably will end up trying to record it from vinyl into Pro Tools, although I reckon I'll probably lose some audio quality that way.

Well seeing as you're a moderator, maybe you'd tell me what keywords you searched for, or better yet give me a link to the site you found?


Something tells me you're not going to do that, cos you probably get a good feeling from sitting at your computer with your 10,000 postcount calling anyone who asks a question a 'noob'.
