some of my favorites are:
Teebee - Gravity Distortion
Photek - UFO
Dj Kalm - Close Range

But I might be wrong calling it sci-fi, anyway this inspires me. I also like minimal techno, oldstyle dubstep.
I am happy I've discovered this forum.
