In some rare opportunity I have the chance to get a hardware sequencer in a mediate price range. It's mainly meant to play live and combining it with Reason by midi. I was thinking of the Roland MC-909, as it has about the most features around. The MC-909's counterpart is the RS7000 from Yamaha. I've seen some good stuff from that one too but the MC-909 has way more features.

Anyhow. I'd like to hear some experiences with from you guys with these two. Do they have real cons I have to think about? I heard something about the 909 being slow at loading and stuff like that. What about it?

Thanks.!
