Hi all, I'm just wondering what type of hardware would be best to use for recording mixes from my decks, as in cd-recorder or whatever. Vague question I know, but I couldn't think how else to word it lol. Many thanks in advance, Infestus.

i actually downloaded this today

http://www.download.com/Free-Sound-Recorder/3000-2168_4-10698910.html?tag=lst-2&cdlPid=10853357

and i tell you what, for a free recorder - no limitations (i just recorded 3 hours with no glitches or anything) it's fucking well decent. so simple, as easy as clicking record. the quality isn't half bad either. 256kbps - real nice clear recording.

i was recording off radio and it's come through so crisp.

all you'll need is a line in on your sound card and you'll be fine.

highly reccomended for sure (y)

If you catch two pigeons, apparently (i haven't tried yet) you can record sound into them and they then burn you music to disc.
