fish, in an egg/flour batter. get some salmon, skin it, flour it, egg it, fry it. larvly.

or salmon coated in honey, layer of baconomnom on the top. cooked in the oven for an hour, remove foil for the last 5 mins and grill.

its all about easy things, i think thats where quiche steps in. minimal effort.

this is true... it only ends up in another lost day.... this time bouncing off the walls untill 9am the next morning trying to keep your eyes shut and your brain from calling you a cunt. But.... as long as you dont touch alchohol.... hang over is cured.

Yeah this is spot on. Lots and lots of protein as it's relatively slow digesting but also good to fix up the liver and what have you

Beans, chopped tomatos and toast. Add scrambled or fried egg if you can be arsed.

Standard! Throw in a few fried or plummed tomatoes an it would be better.

I literally have an addiction to them. I add them to anything I cook.
