DnB Hanging On (Neurodegeneration Remix)

Hello there. I recently finished this track. But after listening to other music, I noticed the difference in volume between the strings and the drop is much more dramatic than most other tracks. I was wondering if I could get any feedback. Is it too quiet and then gets too overwhelming? Or does it sound fine the way it is?

Hey,
I think the difference in volume is normal - ok!

Try to improve the mixdown.. I´m not sure if the snare fits, its very muddy!

Nice remix though!

Ah, yea I guess listening to the percussion a little more closely i see where you're getting at. I was trying to go for a more punchy snare to accompany the kick and accentuated the fundamental frequency quite a bit. next time i'll try to be more careful with that, thank you for your input!

cool track, i agree with the snare being muddy, the sound of the snare fits i guess but it just sounds really muddy in the mix. also the high end freqs sounds a little bit harsh sometimes but maybe thats just my headphones, not the best ones
