    & survived.

Wasn't ideal, cos we did 3 x 90 secs round instead of the 3 x 3 mins I was expecting and had trained for, so didn't really get upto speed til last round.

Also didn't get to warm up properly cos of scheduling mix up (other fighters not turning up) and my fight got moved forward at v.short notice.

Opponent was taller and 3kg heavier and had had 3 previous matches, but I landed more than I took, and used wider variety of techniques, and managed to block all his lowkicks thru 1st round so he didn't bother trying again in 2nd & 3rd. Opponent fought again later in the day and he seemed pretty decent.

I'm pleased with how I did on the day, but had trained for much harder, so it was a bit anti-climatic, been training hard for past 5weeks, and didn't really feel tested, but a good experience and glad it's over.

    :)

Like Law88 said, was stressy before fight, but once you get in the ring it just flies by.

No decisions given at this level, except by special arrangement (like today there were 2 championship matches with decisions).

I think I would have won had it been judged, but not like I'm saying 'I won', cos I dunno how my opponent may have fought differently if there had been a decision on the line.

I should have video online in next week or so.
