(A) Ground Unit - Stranger Things:
Opening the EP, is an addictively tantalising vocal Drum & Bass track, Stranger Things. The arpeggiated intro draws influence from the synthesizer sounds of the 80's and in particular a TV series of the same title. With the drums progressing throughout the intro, the track then surprisingly turns out to be an uplifting tune, through the use of catchy vocals and exciting elevated trumpets. Adding fresh pulsating and warm sounds so to become immersed by the flowing nature of this inspirational track.

(B) Ground Unit - Against The Tides:
Against The Tides is an emotional Liquid Drum & Bass Track with upbeat drums and sweeping female vocals. Inspired by haunting feelings experienced when you've lost something and you have to go Against The Tides if you want that something back. The intro begins with smooth and soothing sounds before the introduction of the vocals and the drum breaks with a chasing clean guitar. From the drop, the vocals and the electric guitar create an emotional and atmospheric vibe, followed by a journey through a guitar solo layered with a powerful synthesizer.

(C) Ground Unit - Animal:
The EP is completed with an uplifting and high energy Drum & Bass track Animal. The intention being to produce a modern take on classic euphoric Drum & Bass, reminiscent of the sound from earlier in this illustrious decade. The song starts with a simple warm piano and complimenting organ with the addition of a sweet arpeggiator, before introducing the seductive vocals, which leads to a euphoric and bouncy beat to round off this EP in true style.
