Lemon D (or lemonde lol) used a bit of it on "I Can't Stop" aswell, but nowhere near as cleverly as this. The more I listen to it, the more I want it... Can't find any release info though. A friend of mine is working on stuff with Hydro atm, so I will ask him this evening.
