Ive used a few, but audio quality is fucking terrible.

Recommend any good'uns?

Whenever i use Ustream and link people to it they keep saying its asking em to sign up and stuff :/.

you don't have to sign up to Ustream to view it...
you do to post comments on the "Chat" i think, but apparently it's dead easy to create an account for the chat side of things... (you can still join with the social side of things with the "Social Stream" anyway by connecting your facebook)
I've started using it quite often, find it's pretty good can adjust audio and video quality. maybe it's improved recently though
