Finished top 4 - Not sounding biter, but it was a bit of a fixup!

It was in a park on a 10k soundsystem (sounded less imo) with the deck inside a van with the side taken off.

Certain sets went on well over the 15 minutes, an when I asked to turn the Mo Foin’ monitors up,
the dude said it couldnt be done.

I was pissing sweat in the saturday heat an drop of sweat fell on cuban link in the mix an had to use my shirt to carefully wipe it without knocking the needle!!! :dutty:

Definetly a learning curve - Anyways, props to:

Tha Big Bad Ace, I shouldda dropped the lighter rmx, Definitely at this event end of july in Gford we’ll have a Bad Ace Showcase! :rslayer:

Sayber my man, get me a 3 deck mix done asap.

    Peace :pimp:

Big up to yourself Mr.Walker the set was definetly the heaviest one there, & I think there were a few sneaky manouveres pulled towards certain peoples sets!! (25 minutes for 1 of them hmmmmmm??)
Unlucky not to win but there's going to be plenty more coming up very soon.
As for the three deck mix hopefully have my final set sorted for the end of the week :slayer:

sounds like a set up really dont it,...but it also sounds like u did well anyway, so its all the better doing well when others have had unfair advantages :beers:

Most local dj comps i've ever participated in have been a bit dodgy (some to my advantage, some not)......

Most have a good idea of the outcome even before a tune has been mixed. Just keep plugging away matey. It'll all come good in the end....
