This is sounding very smooth i can hear a dark synth coming in at 0:30 but thats just where i would try to take it, or you could just try adding variation to the bassline. I think for this to work the bassline needs to be a lot more Rhythmical+SUB.

doesnt sound like hip hop...more dark dubstep IMO. decent loop but it really goes nowhere. a lil melody could help. some drones, haunting shit basically. nice evil vocal could also work. you nailed the drums and bass to be fair
