i think it's probably a bit earl yfor the line up to be confirmed, but if random concept are hosting it again then it's a pity, sound quality wasn't very good last year and it was far too quiet.

Fuck global gathering (well, i'll be going, got to support to the british scene, and i love festivals) but its all about this beast www.exitfest.org (link in the top right of the homepage to turn it into english.) Four day festival, in a fortress, ten stages, music til 8 in the morning, cheap as chips (tix 72 quid, out of eu so all duty free booze) and well varied lineup (last year had prodigy, lauryn hill, wu tang clan, friction, andy c, Zinc, LTJ Bukem, Meshuggah, Robert Plant, Carl Cox, Underworld...to name a few)

Any heads reached this before, got any opinions etc?

    Safe

Andy C & Underworld were not at Exit 2007.
Ed Rush was tho and it was all out warfare.
total filth. Rumours that Faithless are gonna headline 2008....

I went in 2002 and it was good, sound wernt too bad and it was hot.

Sound restrictions and the weather make this not worth the risk going to imo.

    yeah i agree!

Global etc are soo samey it hurts its just slammin / random / one nation etc in a field...
    Bring back Homelands IMO!

Im gonna reach Exit this year too (big messy raod trip is in order), heard nothing but good things about it and the music is loads better.

If you want something a bit different to open your eyes to new wicked music try Glade
