I'm the same as you! I hate veggies so much. I know I should eat them, so I buy them in packages that you microwave but they just sit in my freezer. I only like the same things as you, salads, beans, potatoes, and corn, not celery too much. But anyway, you can still do good on your diet without vegetables. Here is what I eat. For breakfast, oatmeal and egg whites. Then later I eat some chicken or fish with brown rice. Later I eat chicken or fish with a yam. Then I eat chicken again. I don't each much fruit, but sometimes I'll eat a banana or some blueberries..
