Yeah, his left left was amputated below the knee due to complications from diabetes.

hopefully just under medical observation and recovering.

"On 24th September he was transferred to Sassari Hospital where he will undergo a heart bypass surgery on 1st October to clear one of his arteries. This surgery will then be followed up with angioplasty surgery after his initial bypass surgery, to clear the blockages in his other 2 arteries.
The surgeons have said it will be around a 1 month recovery period, but Fats suffers with Type 2 Diabetes which will slow his recovery. After surgery he will require regular Dialysis treatment due to low kidney function."

it is such a bitch to have to go back and forth to the hospital, im going thrice a week myself now, and it could be worse, but i understand what fats is going through and will have to in the future.

Unfortunately if you get gangrene it can return. My wife's gran passed on like that,but she was in her 90's. Hopefully not the case for one of the best loved mcs in the scene
