Fruity Loop Depth

Are you referring to audio bit depth resolution? In which case 16 bits is the usual for CD based audio, but as a digital only format, it shouldn't matter as much. Most people tend to work a track in 24bits and bounce to 16 at the end or keep it in 24 depending on the situation. I tend to bounce down MP3's into 16, but then there's dithering which is usually needed due to noise being created by aliasing, which actually adds noise to get rid of perceived noise in low levels.
