Abgesehen davon ist diese Primatengattung aus der Familie der Menschenaffen für anspruchsvolles Entertainment bekannt und das wird nun auf der ultimativen myspace Drum&Bass Compilation „Dainjahruz Crowned“ mit 13 Hits direkt aus dem Urwald untermauert. Die erste Welle schlägt eben solche, denn N-noiz hinterlässt mit „Legacy Of Hal“ schon mal düstere Spuren. Typecell von Protogen Records aus Kassel zeigt mit den Tunes „Next Stage“ und „Alone In The Dark“ seine deepe, musikalische Seite. Animalisch wird es mit Tiger & Dragon und ihrem ehrfürchtigen Kampfkunst-Drama „Petrified“. Mad Vibes & Feindsoul aus dem Hause Sidechain Music lassen mit ihrem feinen Stepper „Jericho“ die Beats bis an das Westufer des Jordans erklingen, ohne die so wichtige, rollende Bassline zu verachten. Letzteres ist auch das perfekte Stichwort für Nursa, der mit „Jah Zound“ einen exzellenten Jumper für alle Junglisten mit Rootsbewusstsein gezaubert hat. Eine weitere Dubplate liefert der britische Newcomer Oracle mit „Squelsh“, was mit dem Hardcore Vibe der goldenen Jahre zu überzeugen weiss. Auch Ninjatrone (USA), Hansollo (PL) und Kodin (Kroatien) mischen mit internationalem Flair und peitschenden Breakbeats den Dancefloor auf. Schliesslich bewältigt der gute Steez seinen „Conflict“ mit dem, was er am besten kann – atmosphärisch dichtem Future Jazz.
