Read it yesterday. Really nice to refresh some concepts. But explanations are too short and simple in my opinion. It is a nice read though if you are already familiar with theory. Ravenspiral guide is still the best.

Pretty much all you need to know for a good start. And no musical notation knowledge required which is also nice.

Btw this site is also very nice http://teoria.com which has actual audio examples of everything.
