Hi there,
Sorry for another thread about how to get a particular sound, but been trying to nail this one since I first heard this tune and can't quite seem to work it out..

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GvphPHAShzg

^ Link to the tune, its the sound after the drop, seems to be something to do with a slow attack on an lfo as the sound seems to rise? Correct me if I'm wrong..
Any tips greatly appreciated

i belive you can do it liek this -
get your self 3 osc.
one sine one square and one sawtooth
run them to low pass filther around 3khz
slow lfo modulation maybe (slightly , nothing ruff)
tune square -6
sine 0
sawthooth +10

I rember there was a tutorial to similar bass but i didnt find it :/
seems you just got to try some more :D

No, was actually talking about the bass but I've realised that the reversed piano melody is just making it seem like its rising towards the end of each note, but it appears thats not the case...
Think I've figured a sound thats pretty close using just square waves,

sausagenumber9: thanks for the help, but the sound you suggest (or as far as I could discern) will be a much harsher one thanks to the saw wave, but just had a play with what you said and it does make quite a nice sound in any case :rosie:
