The forums going to be moving from Vbulletin to Xenforo at some stage hopefully pretty soon. Will keep everyone posted.

Benefits of the upgrade:
  • Easier login methods - The new software supports fingerprint login, retina scanning, needle login with DNA blood type support, 360 degree facial recognition with selfie stick facebook photo integration, infrared body temperature login (with ebola, bird flu, swine flu and SARS temperature warning), voice recognition with phone company meta data profiling, and finally google maps tracking login (simple type in your current location and the google maps API will check that you are in fact where you say you are.)
  • Mind reading ability - The new software reads your mind and posts everything you are thinking without even typing. There is no option to turn mind reading off at this stage. The mind reading chip or MRC[SUP]TM[/SUP] for short, inserts into your body and tracks your every move so that you stay logged in. It also prevents you from drinking unpasteurized milk, researching alternative energy and wearing odd socks.

Note: We are also converting the forum over to the international language of smiley faces & cute puppies as it lightens the mood and prevents language barriers. English will no longer be supported. (y)

New layout is shit on my works computer. Takes all day to load a page.

Don't mind the logo, think there needs to a be a bit of space between the logo and the forum though.

Throttling porn downloads may help to load pages quicker.

Wind your neck in and re-read my post. I'm at work.

Also I have used this forum for 8 years without any problems like this. So the fact there is a new interface and all of sudden the menu bar no longer appears on my screen and I am having issues getting a text box to type in makes me think that is to blame. Not my works computer.

New shitty interface b2b smart ass remarks from a newish administrator is seriously making not want to bother coming back to the site.
 
Load time seems a-ok on mine Scotty. If not better than before the change.
I've got sigs disabled tho. Maybe thats slowing yours down. Give that a quick go and see if there's an improvement. However I'm no expert in this dept so I might be chatting shit.
 
No more tapatalk hu, wondered why my shit wouldn't connect. Thought it was just some shitty tapatalk bullshit like always. I'm trying to ween myself off tapatalk anyway, though a few sites I go to I still need it. I'll have to give this mobile site thing a shot and see how good it is.

How hard would it be to make an android app for the fourm? I've seen a few sites do it, I'm sure there's some kinda template or whatever to make it fairly easy for someone.

Sorry mate your first post didn't give me a lot to go on. You just said the new layout was shit.

The average page load time is quicker than before. Some of the threads with loads of youtube embeds and soundcloud embeds will take forever to load depending on the speed of those external sites.

What browser you are using? What device are you using? Which menu bar? What's the text editor doing? Screen shots would help!

anyways, the forum on mobiles .. it needs to show "last person posted" instead of "op" .. nar meen? so i know if there is whimsicality reply.

Yes tapatalk was always having problems and security flaws ect. I'm not sure there would be any benefit to having an app as the site now adjusts to any screen size.

Can you guys try the plain text editor by clicking this button and let me know if it works:

If so it's a bug with the rich text editor. I can submit a bug report and get this sorted.
 
In Safari that button lets me toggle between plain text/rich text

In Apollo I don't even see the button or any of that code menu.

Apollo browser hasn't been updated since the 26th July 2013. You will need to download a new app.
 
how do you change the forum skin sure i had a diff one couple weeks back??
