Noisia have kind of erred on the question a fair bit, saying "maybe/kinda" a lot, so it's a fair possibility.

As for the upbeats album, they dropped one of the tracks last year at a gig. Not gunna lie, it was one of the best fucking things I've ever heard in my life. I didn't know what was going on it was just pure vibes throught the bloodstream.
