Yeah man, it really does sound like it should be a trance track, but for some strange reason this really works for me. I really like the chilled relaxed vibe it gives.

    Top work.

yeah i like the i deas but the beat sounds a little flat to me, also i think the pads are a little rigid and could do with some filter automation/fx in places, but nice start

I agree. A good tune but overly compressed. Let it breathe more, that gives your beats much more punch. It might be that the spectrum is too full too, makes it sound a bit stuffed, hard to listen when its so in your face.

like the intro, the drums sound like they are gonna come in too bright, but they settle in niceā€¦feeling this hybrid trance vibe. i think the drop could use more interest, but at the same time i like your restraint. this isn't a dancefloor jam in the traditional sense, so i guess it doesn't need a traditional drop - just something a tiny bit more. really interested to hear the end result

as I said the drums sound overcompressed to me, and a bit thin. It has a lot to do with the mixdown thought. But ideas are clear and beautiful ;)
