Dear clubbers, ravers, music lovers and of course our Flashback faithful:

I greet you today with some very exciting news indeed. I can confirm 'direct from the Flashback camp' that we have booked a date, venue and line-up for The Ultimate Reunion Party.

Yes that's right.... FLASHBACK IS BACK!!!! To say that we are excited and bubbling with anticipation is an understatement - WE CAN'T BLEEDIN' WAIT :D

The support and response that we have had over the past few weeks has been unbelievable! Not only have over 4000 people joined our FaceBook groups (in just over 4 weeks) but we have also been bombarded with emails and phones calls asking us to make this happen! We have been overwhelmed with the love from you guys and we have already done loads of work on putting together the details of an awesome event that you all deserve!

So, when is it.... where will it be held.... who's playing!?!?!?! Some questions you no doubt what some answers to! Well, here we go:

when: SATURDAY 4th DECEMBER 2010
where: AT THE LEGENDARY QUE CLUB IN BIRMINGHAM... Flashbacks' spiritual home!
who's playing: FULL LINE-UP ANNOUNCED NEXT WEEK.... I know, I know - you will just have to wait a little bit longer ;)

Some exciting news that we can release now with regards to our line-up is that the Raveology Crew will be hosting our Drum & Bass Arena and will be bringing their awesome level of production, artists and atmosphere with them!! Look out for the full line-up soon....

The date for our Ultimate Reunion Party was chosen as it used to be when we had our Annual Xmas Mash Up at The Que Club - selling out 2 or 3 weeks in advance! It also falls just a few weeks after what would be our 14th birthday!!!! Doesn't time fly when you are having fun :D

And where else than the fantastic Que Club to return for this one-off event! We have had several meetings with the owners and as I type, they are beavering away making some improvements throughout the venue.... we will update you with this news as it happens.

Wow!

What a response we have had for Flashbacks Ultimate Reunion Party!!! We haven't even printed a flyer - let alone announced who is playing and all the Early Bird Tickets have sold out.... This event is already building up to be something special and if you haven't already got your ticket, get it now as we would hate for you to miss out!

For all those who have been eagerly awaiting the news on who is playing - the wait is over! We are really excited to tell you that we have got some artists who have played at Flashback from the very beginning and some of them have actually been calling us asking to play once they heard that we were putting on a special one-off party :D

Right, after months of waiting and anticipation, the big day is nearly upon us and we can't wait to share this special party with you.

We've been down to the Q Club today to check out all the improvements to make sure this is going to be the most amazing night out ever!

There are a few things that are really important, so please read all of this message:

Arriving and parking
- To minimise queues, we are going to open the doors at 8pm prompt. GET THERE EARLY!!
- To help us get you in as quickly as possible, have your e-ticket codes and paper tickets ready
- We can't stress enough, the earlier you get there, the less likely you are to get caught in queues
- All standard ticket holders and payers (if not sold out) queue to the left of the main door as you look at the club. VIPs/artists/guests to the right
- DO NOT PARK on double yellows, especially on the Helipad - YOU WILL BE TOWED
- Parking outside the club isn't great. We recommend parking in town and walking down, or better still, get a cab
- Full address for venue: The Q Club, 212 Corporation Street, Birmingham, B4 6BQ

Security
- A brilliant firm have been especially hired in for this event. Firm, but friendly and professional
- Flashback Stewards will be on hand as well, keeping an eye on things and giving you directions to bars, toilets etc - THEY WILL BE WEARING RED JACKETS

Heating & Cloakroom
- The club have the biggest heater we've ever seen for the main arena, and blow heaters for the smaller rooms
- To get to the cloakroom, come up the main stairs from the foyer with the Chapel behind you and turn right. Go up those stairs

VIP ticket holders
- Make sure you get in the correct queue when you get to the venue. It should be on right, but confirm when you get there
- You will be given a raffle ticket as you check in which can be exchanged for your free drink at the VIP bar only
- The VIP bar is situated at the top of the main staircase through the doors on the right hand side
- Access to this room is for people with VIP wristbands only
- Don't forget to collect your limited edition signed poster at the box office at the Q Club

Bars
- There are 3 main bars; behind the main arena & in the Chapel and Chapel bar
- The VIP room has its own bar for VIPs with wristbands (the VIP room is on the right hand side as you come up the main stairs with Chapel behind you)
- There is another bar to the right of the back bar and yet another one in that right hand corridor (with your back to the stage)
- In the left hand corridor is the cafe, serving teas, coffees, muffins & crisps

Prices
- There is no cash point at the venue, and bars do not accept cards, so make sure you bring enough cash with you!
- Beer is £3.95 a pint, £3.45 a bottle
- VS is only £2.50 a bottle (whilst stocks last), Smirnoff Ice is £3.75
- Spirits are £3.45 for a single, £5.45 for a double (including mixers)
