Fl Studio track to mp3 (Render problem)

I'm hoping some1 can help me with this. I've completed a tune on Fl Studio 8 and when I render to mp3 and play it, there is no sound. It says its playing but there is no sound. I tried re-rendering but it will still not work and it seems to be coming up with random track lengths.

If anyone could help that would be great. Thanks...
 
using file->export ? or using the mixer? are you in playlist or loop mode? can you save as ZIP and post?
