Fl- no audio but there's a signal in the mixer

Can anyone help me out with this issue?

I saved my project to mp3. Now i want to work further on it, i suddenly got no sound anymore. However when i press play, i see the signals in my mixer channels going up. When i move the sample directly to the master output of the mixer, then i do have audio..

Wtf is this :p?

Just check if the little green dot is lighten up on the instrument mixer, and also check the green dot on the instrument on step sequencer. I believe your problem will be solved.
