2 Years ago we had an idea of starting a small midweek drum and bass night, gathering all our friends down to Southside Bar in Great Portland Street every Wednesday for a couple of pints over some rolling beats. The perfect way to break up a long working week. The night was called Fizzy Wednesday. The midweek link-up grew as more people heard about the free, no obligation excuse to get a bit pissed in the middle of the week.
The night moved from South Side Bar to Masque Bar Kings Cross where we continued the midweek roll out. The numbers continued to increase as we brought in some of the best DJ's and MC's from across the drum and bass spectrum. Playing all styles of Drum and Bass from Liquid to Jump-up, Jungle and Drum Funk.
With increasing numbers we felt it was time to move home again and continue the night at a larger venue and a new day of the week. Fizzy Friday kicked off it's first night @ Oh Bar Camden on the first Friday of January 2007.
Now it's time to put on your party gear because fizzy has reached it's 2nd birthday and we want to celebrate with all the fabulous and wonderful friends we have made along the way.
In true Fizzy birthday style we bring you the best DJ's and MC's the scene has to offer along side the wonderful resident DJ's and MC's that help the vibes bubble down nicely each month.
For this special occasion we have drafted in the mighty Chase and Status and the legendary Nicky Blackmarket to drop some big, bad and heavy bombs on all the masses. Hosting the night will be the original crowd hyper MC Fearless. All back up by the Fizzy family DJ's Caspar, Dimensions, Mr Joseph and Izzy. MC's Deefa, Cliche, V-double-E, Rinsa and Keeno.
The night will be free before 9pm so get there early for the Hip-hop, Garage warm-up. from 9pm onwards it's just a mere £5 all night.

To everyone that made it down to the Jumping Jack Frost night on the 7th September.
