First real try at D&B

    heya! i've been producing for 2½ years, mostly focusing on psytrance, but i've given drum and bass a shot now that i feel comfortable with it.
    It's a DnB cover of roygbiv by boards of canada, i hope you enjoy :)

    Thats some strange bass man:p doesent really sound like dnb too me. I think it all sounds pretty weird for some reason

    nice work crossing over from another genre man, dont sound too bad to me :) yeah not sure the roygbiv bassline is one totally appropriate for a dnb lick, but this is a good shot at it man nice work keep on it!

    Wat up bro :) I'm not sure if this is exactly dnb, sounds quite different from all its sub-genres, too (excluding the drums). You need to work on almost every aspect of this track, the bass in the intro, the main melodies, you should also add a mixdown, etc (but hey, that's just me :)). Keep it up!
