Favourite Ever DJ Set?

Alix Perez B2B Icicle from d&btv live 200

A Shimon set from 2006 in one of the first parties I've been to, had it on my old computer but I lost it, can't find it ANYWHERE

I wasn't mentioning it for that reason, was just wondering if he had played a dnb set as it was the Shogun stage

Ah nah it was a big mix of bass music basically but im sucker for 'crack' house and his blends are just ridiculous!

probably an old LTJ Bukem set - 1995 Essential selection or Dreamscape 10 - maybe one of the Old Randall Helter Skelter mixes from back then as well, i cant actually put a finger on any one mix - if you love D&B its hard to say "that's my favorite" because next week something else comes along! - Lenzman Outlook 2013 Promo mix out of the recent ones, maybe Swanee & Slipmatt from Dreamscape 8 as well............oh, maybe Spectrasoul from Oxford D&B HQ from around 2009 before they went massive, there are a few that stand out and are always on my ipod

3 spring to mind

1994 Andy c @ life utopia - sanctuary. Andy had just won best newcomer dj but even at that young age he was already better than most and even had the balls to do a few double drops. Maybe coincidental and not meant like he plays these days but not many of the big dj's were capable of that in the early 90's

2nd was the Moondance d&b awards at Camden palace in 1996, mickey Finn was playing and I remember the vibes being electric. Highlight, mickey rewinding his dubplate special of '5 on it' 3 times.

Best till last, and I'm not sure if anyone else would see this set as the best ever, but combination of being there, height of the night, listening back now hearing a special unreleased version of a d&b classic and a sort of PA. just all adds up for me to be the most memorable set ever.
Mickey Finn, desire at the island. Think it was the august 96 one, firstly he dropped what was to become 'bad ass', same tune at drop, just different intro and minus the samples (better in my opinion), the a few tunes later he drops 'peace love & unity', fearless calls a then relatively unknown mc fats to the mic, he then sings and mc's over the track.
Still love listening to it now. Golden age of d&b and raving
