    for me it's PA & Mutated Forms - Hitback
    got it in my small collection, not a massive fan of the tune but i like the art

    There were two lots, the limit had a v limited 10 press (The one in the photo) and very recently Customtone/Brain freeze got the same treatment which had 500 pressings. All hand done, Whoever the bloke is he is talented!
