Sorry if this is a bit of a noobish thing to ask - but I heard this tune recently:

and was wondering how to get that fat sine bass on Massive? Sounds to me like a simple Sine wave with LFO, has anyone got any further tips though?

    THanks!

I think your right mate, just a simple sine wave, maybe a couple at different octaves and just the high one would have a filter LFO on it.

Although saying that a sine wave is a pure tone so there wouldnt be much to filter...unless there was loads of saturation to make it sound fatter which would add some harmonics....maybe try putting the LFO on the AMP so it changes the volume rather than the filter frequency

    Hope this helps

probly allot of subtle pitch bending going on, or maybe flo-pitch envelope, that topped off with the filter wobble with chorus and shit on top, could work, the main bass seems to be a filtered and layered saw, with the sine wobble layered again on top...thats how i would try n make that sound anyways, might be totally off lol
