It was a bit silly putting your activation link on a public forum, any one can click that and add your account to our list.

I can change your e-mail on the forum and on the mailing list once you have joined the mailing list.

For anyone else reading this:

Any users with invalid e-mail accounts as their e-mail address will be placed into a holding account until they are using an active e-mail address. These accounts will be periodically deleted when we feel the need for a clear out.

It's fine if you do not want to be on the mailing list, but please make sure your e-mail address is valid.
