doesn't matter to me at all, i could work anywhere as long as i have my laptop and my headphones with me.
I've worked on tracks in the car, on a bus, at my grandparents house, or at some friends house.

When i'm working on something i'm blocking everything what's going on around me anyway, so i don't notice if there would be a mess or not.

well, yes, seeing it all tidy, is more comfortable for the eyes but... anyway I actually love my constant mess of clothes, chairs, guitars, pens, books, cds, tons of spongebob toys (patrick in da house! squidward on one of my monitors!), makes it my real "studio" room. :)
    Luv it.

Tidy every time! For one it makes me feel better, second my girlfriend's not hassling me about doing some housework while i'm mixing or producing or whatever.

Yeah I can't say my room/studio is clean.
But hey, I like it and that's what counts.
