Envelope

I'm looking for the evelope to get a sound similar to this one

I've got my sound, but i kinda want the waw waw effect, i'm think this could be a pitch envelope? but how?

Well first up the track is awful lol
But if your looking for a lfo based filter with nice cutoffs then id suggest camel phat 3
It has lots of things other than just using it for envelope and filters and comes with 2 programmable lfo's
Apart from that check KVR
