I thought these tshirts were ment to be quite trendy at the moment. Just recently, i have been seeing loads of lets say " not trendy people" wearing them. Like middle aged, chubby biker types. People who might wear Born to Roam tshirts. You know the ones!!

Are there a bunch of fakes circulating the market stalls and high river outlets? Or did i just fall off the loop?

I actually like some of them, but dont wanna join the kappa crew.

yeah, just put it on there as an example so peeps know what they are. What do you think G? Are they crossing over to the dark side? Are they following the path of Burberry?

well tbh, if you like em, buy em. as simple.

if you really like the design, you shouldnt be worried about who else wears them

This is correct, Although in reality, when you are out in town and you walk past an old man with the same tshirt as you, its a bit shit. Just wondered what other peeps have seen. If im gonna cough up some money for a tshirt, i dont wanna be paying to look the same as the worst people in the dole queue at the job centre.
Could be just me. Seeing someone wearing one and a cowboy hat has put me off a bit. lol. Ya get me?

Go with what you feel mate, i've not seen any cowboys wearing Ed Hardy lately though but i know where your coming from, i used to have the same sort of deal with Evisu jeans (too many little cunts wearing moody copies)......but then if i did see someone out of place wearing one i would think that it's a fake and feel safe in the knowledge that mines the real deal and not some sunday market 8 pound sweat shop mock up.

I don't see the great appeal with them. They're like Henley's t shirts, too flashy.

I'd rather have a nice LRG, Mecca, SBM, Crooks and Castles or Rocawear t shirt.

    Likewise

I had some really nice Ecko and Adcademiks stuff on import before all these uk designers ruined it for eveyone.

In Manchester they've gone so mass market, some v.nice shirts but going the way of Von Dutch imo.

But if you like the shirt wear it. That's all that matters.

Aso think it's slightly disrespectful to Ed Hardy (old skool Tattoo legend) cos all the new ones say 'Ed Hardy by Christina *somebody*'.

What's she added to it? A glitter outline?

here let me clear this up fratbrain ...

Ed Hardy got hideoused a while back when more and more fakes circulate on ebay, now i see at least 10-20 people wearing them a day especially down down commercial road, i think they seel them on a market stall down there near subway, this asian geezer.. he sells the caps aswell..

some designs , very few were ok , the ones with the print actually in the cotton, but the waxy prints and extra gold bits here and there are just ghey .. unfortuantly they have been donned by the fat old men , or the pretty boys with peacock hair do's ..

your better off with Affliction for your build and size.. bit more raw if that makes sense, not as poncy as ed hardy.. check them out . well known make, and the UFC clothing make, so you look like abit of an athlete in them !!! wiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiid ... theres a couple im gunna order at some point i rekon.

these are only examples, you will have to trawl the net.. they do decent designs tho, tattoo style ones ect on the back of the shoulders and shit.. nice t-shirts i rekon..

Looks too much I think. Seems like your trying to be a hardman wearing them.

Some are alright, but I kinda agree. Would stay away from the more obvious MMA stuff, unless I did MMA, and fuck paying £65 for a Tshirt...

My mate's got quite a collection of the stuff, a lot of it's shite though. I'd never pay £60 for a T-shirt which is basically Born to Roam with an added logo.

A fair few big name MCs rep it too..
