I've listened to Drum and Bass for years and recently started mixing. Joined this forum to discover new and old tracks and maybe learn a few pointers..

Producers I'm listening to: Mutt, Marcus Intalex, Calibre/ Alix perez, Loadstar,.. DJs has to be Andy C, seen him live many times and he always delivers, same goes for Marky. MCs, ID & Gusto.

I live in Nottingham and the D&B scene here is well established and I can't wait for Detonate at the end of the month!

I've thought about producing and to be fair I bet most of us have at some point.. but at the minute I'm just working on my mixing and appreciating the vibes.
I think learning to mix cleanly might give me a better understanding of the structure of the music, which imo is important for getting producing right. For now though I'm going take it one thing at a time. :D
