    think its quite common for records to get mash up in transit. i know mr bryd had a load of dubplates smashed up recently. theyre crap at paying out compensation aswell. good luck dude

    I took one of my guitars on holiday with me last time an it never came off the plane... has never been found either =/

    I'd get straight onto them... fuck all this phoning business - gets you nowhere, you end up speaking to a computer half the time. Give them a bit of face to face and put them on the spot infront of their customers, that'll get you some compensation...

    yeah mate get straight onto them. i suggest dropping in hints about going to trading standards and that you will report there shitty service to them. I do this normally when im getting shitty serivce and make them panic.

    Yeah i have e-mailed them and sent a picture of the damage..
    So F**king long.
    I wouldn't be so pissed of but the fact it was a friends bag makes it more annoying. Not checked my records yet im to scared.

    Dude, it sucks in all...but i cant say itsnot somewhat your mates fault. You should have asked around about what to do. I for one find it common sense to never check you record bag in as luggage!?!

    yes but i had a tour so had to take over 120 Records and 20 Cds of specials etc.
    I looked into it to see Maximum size for a bag you can take on, yet the wankers told me it was to big on arrival :moe:
