Various Artists – Eastern Sound Architects vol 1: East European Drum'n'Bass (SoundKraft SKR001CD)

The founder of SoundKraft Rec, Alien Pimp, gathers on this compilation artists from Bulgaria, Russia, Serbia, Ukraine, Belaruss and his native country Romania. From softer vibes (Cooh & Black Science Project – Mirage) to tougher sounds (Prode & Logical – Poltergeist), the first one from SoundKraft is really rich in diversity and pretty much shows the power of the East. Who heard Paul B, Sta or Bes knows already thngs are moving on in Russia, and Implex with "You" proves the last star on the dnb sky has not raised yet. We can only hope to see of these guys on our lands too anysoon. (MG)
